In October 2022, LVMH will once again welcome the general public and unveil the wealth of its heritage and expertise during the 5th edition of the "Journées Particulières"

Eleven years ago, LVMH launched the first Journées Particulières, an exceptional opportunity for the general public to discover the world of the luxury group, with its crafts and workshops where unique know-how is deployed. While the last edition was held in 2018, LVMH announced at the end of May that the next Journées Particulières event would be held on 14-15 and 16 October.

With this event, Bernard Arnault's group underlines the importance of the crafts in the creative process that leads to the manufacture of iconic objects. The success of the operation reveals the public's special bond with this heritage, a symbol of cultural influence for LVMH. The artisans who use their skills to serve the group's companies come from different sectors: there are trunk makers, boot makers, dressmakers, embroiderers, watchmakers, leather workers, but also - thanks to the diversification of LVMH's activities - chefs and cellar masters.

This "open house" operation gives the public access to several locations: from the Chaumet salons located on Place Vendôme to the Louis Vuitton Atelier in the Drôme, from the Grand Bureau de Dégustation Hennessy in Cognac to the Acqua di Parma perfume house in Italy, from the great Moët & Chandon wine estates to the Swiss watchmakers' workshops of Zenith, TAG Heuer and Hublot. The project involves exclusive addresses around the world, from France to Argentina to New Zealand. Eighty-six locations will be accessible in sixteen different countries, and forty-five of them will open their doors to the general public for the first time.

The last edition of the "Journées Particulières" allowed more than 180 000 people to visit, free of charge, extraordinary places where craft traditions are passed on from generation to generation and perfected by new technologies. Among the sites that are sure to be popular at the 2022 edition are two addresses in the United States: the workshop of jeweller Tiffany & Co. in New York and the Rochambeau Ranch in Texas, opening in 2019, where Louis Vuitton craftsmen work on rare leathers. In Paris, the Galerie Dior on Avenue Montaigne will attract many visitors.

The full programme of the event will be unveiled at the beginning of September and the ticket office will open on the 22nd of the same month, making a first part of the available places available.
