The Accor Group shows no signs of slowing down and continues to deliver remarkable financial performance. In 2023, despite inflationary pressures in some countries, global demand for new travel experiences propelled the group's turnover to €5'056 million, an increase of 20% compared to the previous year. Following these achievements, the group was able to proceed, in early March, with the issuance of a 7-year bond for an amount of €600 million, benefiting from a rate of 3.875%. This strategic financial move fully leverages the current favorable climate and demonstrates investors' confidence in the strength of the hotel giant.

Accor boasts multiple strengths: a strong ability to adjust its prices (an average increase of 12% per room was observed compared to the previous year), generous dividends distributed to shareholders totaling €676 million during the 2023 fiscal year, and an exponential increase in the number of rooms, particularly in the premium division, with 291 new hotels opened in 2023, adding 41,000 additional rooms, increasing the hotel network by 2.4% in the year. Today, the group relies on a portfolio of 821,518 rooms spread across 5,584 hotels.

The performance of the Luxury & Lifestyle division—which includes the Management & Franchise royalties activities, Owner Services, and Hotel Assets of the Group's Luxury & Lifestyle brands—remains remarkable. Its turnover was €2,175 million in 2023, up by +22% compared to 2022. In the luxury segment, Accor already boasts prestigious brands such as Sofitel, Orient Express, Raffles, Banyan Tree, and Ennismore. These brands will be its main growth drivers.

According to estimates, global spending on luxury travel will reach $2,320 billion by 2030. Accor, with over 370 luxury hotels and 150 lifestyle hotels worldwide, is excellently positioned to capitalize on this growth. For the years 2024 and 2025, the group plans to inaugurate 100 new establishments in these categories.
